I wanted to give a shout out to my friend Chuck. He and his fiancee are both trying to lose some weight, in the healthy Ninja fashion. It's even harder for them because Chuck is a chef. Never trust a skinny chef!
Chuck reported today that he has already dropped a belt notch. Great job, man. Keep it up!
